When we moved from Japan to NYC, we missed the comforting flavors of home. So, we created Cabi, a fresh take on Japanese tradition that’s clean, delicious, and fun. We work with the best producers and ingredients, using old techniques where they matter most, while always improving and evolving. With Cabi, we bring the flavors we grew up with into today’s kitchens, sharing a little piece of modern Japan with every dish.
